Hello,

I was wondering if I could get some insights on how to speed up SQL loader. I am limited to user conventional path only - DIRECT has some issues due to the differences between OS 's and ORA-02352 (See ORA-02352.ora-code.com) direct path connection must be homogeneous was an issue.

But using conventional takes 3 hours table nearly 7 mil rows. Any ideas on how to speed it up?
